I’m Neil Butler, the founder of the Better Business Bureau. For over 20 years I have had a keen interest in small business and in developing better business. This has included the development of a successful Export business and also local small NZ businesses.
I have always had a passionate interest in marketing and the power of smart well thought through writing and advertising. This has led me on a path of self education, in particular, in the area of direct marketing and the discovery and application of smart marketing methods.
